Item 4 - Election of Club officers for 2009 - David Shinn and Paul Crewe are willing to continue as Club Secretary and Treasurer respectively.
Regrettably David Crayston has decided to stand down as Membership Secretary.

Item 6 - Open discussion and ideas for what we do as a Club in 2009.What the Club is doing well ,what we can improve on.
